Chilli Partridge with Sesame Noodles Recipe

1 pack Wild and Game chilli and lemon marinated partridge breast fillets, diced.
2 tbsp sesame oil
500g cooked egg noodles (About 250g dry weight)
6 spring onions, sliced
2 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted briefly in a dry pan
4 tbsp roasted peanuts, crushed (pulsing briefly in a blender works well)

For the sauce

1 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp sesame oil
3 tsp minced ginger
2 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp sugar
2 tbsp smooth peanut butter
2 tbsp tahini
1 tsp sriracha sauce


1. Fry the partridge in the sesame oil for a few minutes until cooked through.
2. Mix the sauce ingredients together and add to the pan. Heat and stir until smooth.
3. Add the noodles and heat, stirring until combined and piping hot.
4. Serve the noodles topped with toasted sesame seeds, crushed peanuts and spring onions.
