Issue Completing order / freezing pages

We are aware that some mobile phones are having issues with our site presently, we are working hard to fix this issue, if you are able to use a laptop or computer then this should help, failing this please feel free to e-mail info@wildandgame.co.uk with a telephone number and good time to call and we will call to take the order.

When can I get delivery?
We can deliver within three working days from the date you order, to achieve this any order requested needed within three working days must be inputted before 12 o'clock midday, if any order is processed after this time the delivery date chosen by website will be the next available date.

We do ask the delivery date you choose that somebody is in to receive the box as the goods although frozen are not designed to be in the open for long periods, as often drivers will not leave the box at the address if no one is in and can lead to failed deliveries

How much is shipping?
The shipping is based on two different tiers and to the cost incurred by the business. The costs do not only cover the shipping but the picking, packing and packing materials. £5.99 for orders between £35.00 and £64.99 and free shipping above £65.00.


Customers who purchase the game club membership are eligible for free shipping on all orders over £35 for a year. This can be purchased through our website or click this link - The Game Club – Wild And Game


How can I recycle the packaging from my order?
The wool inserts are 100% natural and can be recycled similarly to clothing or other customers have contacting us on how they have re-used this material as pet bedding, cushion stuffing and even for use in the garden.
The Dry Ice wallets can be left to defrost and then put to the recycling safely, all plastic coatings can be recycled as per your weekly council collections as well as the cardboard packaging.

Dry Ice?

New for 2024 is the introduction of wild and game using Dry Ice.

Firstly, did you know that often people assume dry ice is another form of water when actually the substance is a solid form of carbon dioxide sitting at -79 degrees Celsius? This is why dry ice is the best choice for any products you want to keep frozen as it stays much colder than gel packs, and for a much longer time.

The benefits-

  • Dry Ice lowers the product temperature so that it stays frozen for longer, making it most suitable for food products such as ice cream, frozen meats and seafood.
  • When dry ice thaws, it does not turn into liquid it just sublimates or turns back into gas, this means you do not have to worry about your products getting wet.
  • Perfect for long transport journeys, dry ice will keep your food products frozen solid until they arrive at the final destination.
  • It is safer for the environment as dry ice turns into CO2 gas and completely disappears so there is no secondary waste.
  • Dry ice can be more cost effective as you do not have to worry about reusing gel packs.


Where do you deliver?
Presently we deliver via Fedex to all of England, Wales and most of Scotland roughly as far as Edinburgh. We do have some postcodes where we are unable to provide a service due to products being dispatched frozen. At present we are unable to deliver to the majority of the Highlands and islands of Scotland,
Northern Ireland and non-mainland UK. Please email info@wildandgame.co.uk if you would like further clarification before ordering.


Are your products frozen?
Unless otherwise stated, all items are delivered frozen therefore, they are suitable to be put into your freezer to be consumed when suitable. If the product should arrive in a defrosted condition, do not refreeze, and contact us at info@wildandgame.co.uk. The products are suitable to be stored chilled and
consumed within guidelines as instructed on the packaging.

Do you sell Gluten Free products?

I have processed the wrong shipping address; can I change this?
The shipping address can be altered three working days before the order is due to be delivered. Please feel free to email us with your order reference number and desired shipping address and we will support you in making these adjustments.

I am unable to order online, can I order over the telephone?
If you would like to place an order via the telephone, we are happy to help! Please do feel free to leave an email with a delivery date, product list with quantities, shipping address and telephone number and we will call you to process payment for this order.

Do your burgers or sausages contain pork products?
All ingredients are listed for all products available on the website. Some products contain pork fat to our processed game products as game meat is lean and often requires pork fat to aid in flavour and texture of the product.

Do any of your products contain nuts?
Allergens are highlighted as part of the ingredient listing for all products available on the website. We use approved trusted suppliers to produce our products who can confirm that they have strict nut policies in place, where our suppliers feel there is any risk from their supply chain then this is made clear on product labelling indicating a warning statement ‘may contain’.

How can I track my order?
We use Fedex as our courier and their standard delivery time is 9 am-5 pm (some deliveries are arriving after 5 pm due to the current crises), We are unable to give specific times, if an item has not arrived by 8 pm please e-mail us at info@wildandgame.co.uk and a member of our team will contact you to discuss the options.

Subscriptions
Subscriptions start at the time of payment despite delivery date of the first order received and details are listed with each individual subscription product. Please email info@wildandgame.co.uk for more details if required.


Discounts
Only one discount per order can be applied at any given time.

The water gel ice packs can be defrosted and drained down the sink as this gel is BPA safe. All plastic coatings can be recycled as per your weekly council collections as well as the cardboard packaging.
