Smokey Hickory BBQ Spiced Venison Haunch is rich in flavour and has the a full bloodied smoky flavour to surely bring delight to the dinner table.  This is a whole piece of venison that can be shredded to feed four to six people. Goes perfectly with tacos or simply in a bun with salad.


Venison haunch 95.23% BBQ spice mix (brown sugar, cornstarch, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, hickory & oak smoke powder (potato maltodextrin, smoke flavour, silicon dioxide), chilies red, ginger, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, black pepper) 4.77%.

Cooking instruction
  • Remove all outer packaging and place on to non stick oven safe dish, place on to pre heated oven for 20-25 mins at 190c / gas mark 5 (cooking times may vary depending on oven), after 15mins remove from oven and ensure meat pieces are evenly distributed.
  • Cover with foil if starting to brown to much.
  • Ensure product piping hot before serving, not recommended for microwaves

Storage instructions

Keep frozen at or below -18oC. Defrost 24hrs before required use in a refrigerator. Once defrosted
keep refrigerated at or below 4oC and use within 3 days. Do not refreeze.
