A delicious and imaginative way you can use your leftover cranberry sauce this Christmas with this grouse and cranberry stir fry.
1 pack Wild and Game grouse breasts, finely chopped
1 tsp minced garlic
Half a tsp minced ginger
Half a large onion or 1 medium onion, sliced
Half a red pepper and half a green pepper, diced
A handful of fine green beans, chopped
2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
For the sauce
2 tsp Sriracha sauce
7 tbsp Hoisin sauce
4 tbsp cranberry sauce
8 tbsp water
1. Combine all the sauce ingredients in a pan and heat until the cranberry sauce has melted and you have a glossy sauce.
2. Heat the oil in a wok and fry the grouse with 1 tsp garlic and half a tsp of ginger for 2 minutes.
2. Add all the vegetables and cook for 3 min.
3. Add the sauce and stir until bubbling.
4. Serve with rice.
