A hint of warm spice and the rounded richness of caramelised onion guarantee a distinctive character and depth of flavour. Try them cooked up simply on the grill or as an ingredient in your favourite recipes.

Cooking instructions
Grill: Place under a preheated grill for 16 to 18 minutes turning occasionally.
Oven: 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6 Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 25-30 minutes. Turn occasionally.

Storage
Keep frozen at or below -18°C. Defrost 24hrs before required use in a refrigerator. Once defrosted keep refrigerated at or below 4°C and use within 3 days. Do not refreeze.
