Pack of 2 Venison Loin Steaks. 130-150 grams per steak.
Remove from the fridge 30 minutes before cooking. Pan fry on high for a couple of minutes each side until nicely browned then turn the heat to medium low and cook for a further 4-6 minutes until cooked to your liking.
