These exceptionally good venison and wild boar burgers are juicy, full flavoured and far more interesting than your usual beef variety. They're perfect for a summer BBQ or crumbled and used as an ingredient in stuffed peppers or on a pizza.
Pack of 2 – approx 4oz per burger
Remove all packaging and ensure thoroughly defrosted.
Grill: Place under a preheated grill for 12 to 14 minutes turning occasionally
Oven: 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6 Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 25-30 minutes. Turn occasionally.
