Our beautiful garlic and herb marinade makes these pheasant breasts ready to simply pan fry, grill or use in your favourite recipes - and the results are bound to impress. A delicious game meat with more interest than chicken, pheasant is versatile, lean, nutritious and high in protein. 

Cooking instructions

Pan fry for about 8 minutes, turning at least once, or cook on the grill for 8 minutes (again, turn at least once). Check meat is cooked through before serving.


Pheasant (98%), Garlic & Herb Marinade (2%) (vegetable oil (rapeseed), vegetable fat not hydrogenated (rapeseed, cacao butter) salt, yeast extract, garlic, herbs, onions, sugar, natural flavouring, spices).
