Made with wild British venison, British sloe berries, fresh garlic and a splash of red wine, this outstanding salami is enriched by being smoked over oak for three days. It’s the perfect addition to a cold spread or sharing platter.


Wild Venison, pork fat, salt, red wine, sloe syrup (sugar, sloe and water) black pepper, garlic. Antioxidants: sodium ascorbate. Preservatives: sodium nitrite, sodium nitrate.
