    This French trimmed British Lamb Rack is aesthetically stunning. Sourced from farmers with a strong commitment to animal welfare and sustainability, this meat is succulent, tender and full flavoured. Perfect as a smaller roasting joint for 2 people as a centrepiece on a Sunday, our lamb rack ranges between 3-8 bones but the weight will be the same.

    Cooking instructions

    Remove from the fridge about 30 minutes before cooking to bring to room temperature. Sear in a frying pan, fat side first, for a couple of minutes until golden, then turn and sear the other side for a minute. Transfer to an oven preheated to 220C/200Fan/gas mark 7 and roast for 8-25 minutes depending on how well done you want it. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.

    Storage instructions

    Keep frozen at or below -18C. Defrost 24hrs before required use in a refrigerator. Once defrosted keep refrigerated at or below 4C and use within 3 days. Do not refreeze.
