Cooking instructions:
Microwave from frozen (based on 800W). Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place in the microwave on full power for 5 minutes. Peel back the film lid, stir well then replace the film lid. Place back in the microwave on full power for 6 minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute. Ensure food is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat. All appliances vary, timings are a guide only.
