Cooking instructions
Brown the meat on the hob then add ingredients to make a casserole, stew, curry or other dish of your choice. Cook gently (on a very low heat on the hob or gas mark 2/150C if using the oven) for 2 hours or until tender.

Storage - Keep frozen at or below -18C. Defrost 24hrs before required use in a refrigerator. Once defrosted keep refrigerated at or below 4C and use within 10 days. Do not refreeze.
