Perfect sizzled on a summer BBQ, they're brilliantly juicy and flavoursome - you could also try them as an ingredient in stuffed peppers or crumbled on a pizza.

Cooking instructions
Remove all packaging, ensure thoroughly defrosted
Preheat oven to 200°C/ Fan 180°C/ Gas 6
Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 18-20 minutes.
Turn occasionally
Grill
For best results, grill. Place under a pre-heated medium-high grill for 12-14 minutes. Turn occasionally.
