These delicious, succulent game burgers are one of our top sellers - and deservedly so. They're made with venison, pheasant and partridge with a touch of onion to round up the flavours. Perfect sizzled on a summer BBQ, they're brilliantly juicy and flavoursome - you could also try them as an ingredient in stuffed peppers or crumbled on a pizza.

Cooking instructions

Remove all packaging, ensure thoroughly defrosted
Preheat oven to 200°C/ Fan 180°C/ Gas 6
Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 18-20 minutes.
Turn occasionally


For best results, grill. Place under a pre-heated medium-high grill for 12-14 minutes. Turn occasionally.

Keep frozen below -18C and use within best before date. Before cooking, defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Once defrosted use on the same day and do not refreeze.
