Remove all packaging, ensure thoroughly defrosted. To roast, preheat the oven to 220°C, gas mark 7. Place the bird in a roasting tin. Cook in the centre of the preheated oven for 50 minutes. Baste frequently during cooking. The juices should run clear when the bird is cooked. Note cooking appliances may vary.
