A more interesting alternative to pork, wild boar is lean, nutritious and wonderfully flavoursome. Our diced wild boar is beautiful cooked long and slow in a casserole, curry or other one pot dish for fall-apart tenderness.
1. Pre-heat the oven to 150C/Gas mark 2.
2. Brown the boar in oil (and butter if desired) and add ingredients of your choice to make a casserole or curry.
3. Once everything is bubbling, transfer to the oven and cook for 2 hours.
