A hearty, traditional pie packed with tender pieces of pheasant and beef in a rich, rounded gravy. Wrapped in a short pastry case with a puff pastry lid, it's wonderful simply served with your favourite vegetables. This 600g pie feeds 3-4 people.
Remove all packaging, ensure thoroughly defrosted,
Oven: 200 C/ Fan 180 C/ Gas 6. Place on a baking tray in the centre of a preheated oven for 40-45 minutes.
