Cooking instructions
Pan Fry
- Remove all packaging, season wild boar and rub each side with oil. Heat the oil in a frying pan.
- Cook for 3 – 4 minutes on each side, ensure the meat is thoroughly cooked through.
- Allow to rest for 2-3 minutes before serving
