  1. Ensure product is fully defrosted
  2. Preheat oven to 180c / Gas mark 4
  3. Heat a heavy frying pan and sear the pigeon either side until golden brown. This will seal the meat and help to stop it drying out
  4. Place the Pigeon in a roasting dish and put into the preheated oven
  5. Roast the Pigeon for 8 – 10 minutes for slightly pink and a further 2 – 4 minutes for well done
  6. Keep basting the bird during the cooking time. The juices should run clear when the bird is cooked

Do not reheat once cooled.
