Storage

Keep frozen below -18C and use within best before date.  Before cooking, defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Once defrosted do not refreeze, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days .

    Cards on the table, I love sausages and these are some of the best I’ve tasted, the idea of promoting game consumption is a cause worth supporting but when the reward comes in the form of delicious bangers it’s certainly a winner.

    Just made a risotto with the venison sausages, it was absolutely lovely. The sausages added so much flavour to the dish and they tasted great. Full of flavour and no fat or rubbish in the sausage. Look forward to the other sausages.
