To cook sausages by frying, heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan. Cook the sausages gently in the oil for 10-12 minutes, until thoroughly cooked, turning frequently. Sausages can also be baked in the oven. Preheat the oven to 190°C, gas mark 5. Set the sausages into the center of the oven. Let them cook for 10 minutes before turning once, then let them cook the remaining 10 minutes undisturbed.

Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in a refrigerator. Once defrosted, do not refreeze. Follow the preparation guidelines above.
