- Remove all packaging, ensure thoroughly defrosted
- Preheat oven to 200°C/ Fan 180°C/ Gas 6
- Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 18-20 minutes.
- Turn occasionally
Grill
For best results, grill. Place under a pre-heated medium-high grill for 12-14 minutes. Turn occasionally.

Storage
Keep frozen below -18oC and use within best before date. Before cooking, defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Once defrosted use on the same day and do not refreeze.
