4 reviews for Diced Wild Boar Tray

  1. David Homer

Wonderfully rich and tender in a slow-cooked Wild Boar Ragu. Perfect for dinner on these cooler evenings.

  2. Sara Westwood

One of my first purchases. The flavour and texture are both excellent. I made a rich gravy casserole containing the boar with root vegetables. Simply delicious for these autumnal days. Served with jasmine rice but served with mash would be fine too or herby dumplings. Next time I may add more paprika and fresh herbs.

  3. Lynn Brodie

Family favourite. We use it instead of regular pork. Really tasty, and much healthier for you than most red meat!!

  4. Caroline Beaton

    Very tasty. Our favourite.
